RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: house 85 seems to stop sellingAll I want to know is
1) How advanced are the negotiations &
2) Is it going to be a cash and share deal (or debt securing), or is the property going to be worth <$5M?

Personally, I think IFR should take some debt on the balance sheet, if they can get it (5-10M @ 8%-10%) to get a asset that will cover current costs, and then can use the current cash to service the debt and look for more options. Debt at this stage would ensure no shares are exchanged at .10 and then would allow IFR to start generating some cash flow and profits in the future, with the MVP being developed and gas prices recovering.

Maybe the reason for the cheap shareprice is the holder with Scotia has a vested interest in the company, and is trying to keep the price down so they can get shares in a property swap agreement. Who knows, its a wild theory I know.

Either way (all cash, cash/debt, cash/shares or debt/shares) I dont care, just hope that someone on the BBs knows the answers to 1+2 above, and then it materializes to something the market can see value in.

I think IFR is a possible 5 bagger in 2011. All my opinion, just want some news!!!

PS, I also asked about an updated presentation/website and Pat mentioned he will look to develop that if the deal goes through.

Best of luck to fellow shareholders. Would love for discussions to heat up on this BB
