RE: correction.500K
RE: correction.500KIn most cases cross' are done to generate and/or maintain market interest. Generally they are done in multiples or if the budget is low in small numbers over a period of days, it depends on what type of message you are trying to send. In this case and in consideration of the meager numbers REV has done lately combined with regular posts on this board by Lucky for example, I think the desired effect was to generate a quick market response, like jumping on the bandwagon. If it works you can usually get a good half-day of trading or so before the momentum dies out. I wasn't paying attention last year and got caught by a stock called TPS after having a good day and not doing one ounce of research, dumb move, I lost a bit that day and somebody put my money in their pocket. The difference between that run (and lots of other runs like it) is that a bit of work had been done over the preceding three or four days by folks who like to send out friend requests and pump the boards, skilled writers. There is no worry of that happening here at REV of course and I think that's why it flopped. This info is nothing new to most here, Curtis asked the question and it's just my two-bits.
Curtis also asked about Bruno Mosimann the other day and if you go to SEDAR you will find that he has 350,000 voting shares in REV. If you Google his name you will also discover that he is the President and Managing Director of an investment management company called Romofin AG. He is also a Director of a company called Blacksands Petroleum along with REV honcho Richard Wilson. Up until June 2006 Blacksands Petroleum was known as Lam Liang Corp.
The corporate world is certainly a tangled web.
