Appeals

AppealsI mentioned this before when the court of appeal decision awaited... and that is the legal system allows for appeals until a decision is made by the Supreme Court of Canada... and even then, you can always try and start again on a new point of law.
But do you know how easy it is to file and appeal and have it heard? All you need is a document to say the trial judge erred by failing to consider ... and insert a name of a document here that's not mentioned in the ruling... and boom .. you have a case before the appeal court. You don't think Vineland will do that if they lose? Of course they will.
And any court can always decide that the regulatory tribunal missed something and order them to reconsider the case. And then you start the legal process all over again.
Sorry, but that's the system and that's the way it works.
