Should be the same deal.
 
I read somewhere about Iljin starting to buy the tranche 30 days after the effective date. I can’t find when the effective date is; maybe it’s connected to Paladin and the rights.

On another note, I wonder if Lux is waiting for the European decision before making another announcement.
