The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

I think the poster is only being conservative eodway, but IMO I think your $5 projection with the commissioning of the Chandghana power plant is also conservative.

Lots of potential for sure. Let's wish John Lee and staff continued success, and IMO 2011 will bring exponential gains to shareholders from the current levels.

I don't like giving lofty projections, but once the Chandghana power plant has been approved and commissioned, we should all be exponentially wealthier.

John Lee has been buying on the open market at these levels and higher, so who better to know the true intrinsic value than him. We could only guess. GLTA
