RE: Newer News

RE: Newer NewsLooks to me like Sutcliffe and company is always a step ahead of Miller and company. ISM has news release announcing Court action to butt into URSA affairs - at 1:26 ET. UMJ has "reply" news release by 3:57 ET.

The Action to Date:

Miller leads with a weak jab calling for a meeting, Sutcliffe counters with a meeting call that Miller didn't see, then lands a perfectly timed placement to the jaw. First Round to UMJ/Sutcliffe

Miller looks hurt, cries foul and tries another another weak jab threatened injunction. Sutcliffe counters with a right cross placement closing that staggers and angers Miller.  Second Round to UMJ Sutcliffe

Miller stumbles forward and throws a Court case, a glancing blow that Sutcliffe anticipated, Sutcliffe returns with vote postponement, a hard blow to the mid section that has Miller gasping and red-faced. Third Round to UMJ Sutcliffe

Miller has had previous experience in these kinds of things, but has shown poor judgement of what securities people expect. Last year he tried to spin-out his "flag ship" property for some reason. The implications were so obvious that Stockhouse readers had them figured out - but ISM plowed ahead, anyway. Finally the Securities people had to intervene with a Trading Halt, have a meeting with the ISM boys and tell them the spin out couldn't proceed. He seems to be past his depth on the TSX - but he has done well as far as monthly remuneration.
