I'm very interested to see how the US analyst are going to view this story.  I am only aware of one analyst current covering SWI (target = $8). 
Now being on the NASDAQ, I anticipate the visibility and coverage will increase tremendously.  
I hope Steve Berrard will provide some guidance even if they do not report audited financials, and I hope we will see some research notes published in the not so distant future.
