(“itiBiti”), has entered into a strategic relationship with US National multi-platform media firm Cross MediaWorks ("CMW"). As part of the strategic relationship and achievement of business milestones, the Company has issued itiBiti common share purchase options to CMW at $2.70 per common share giving itiBiti an effective pre-exercised value of $27 Million USD.
