Delays delays delays

Delays delays delaysGold production has gone from end of 2010 to H1 2011 to now third quarter 2011.

Permits were to be issued by Feb 2011, that was 4 days ago.

Anything management says I automatically add another quarter to their timeline. That is being optimistic in my birdhouse.
