Newmont has elected not to participate

Newmont has elected not to participateHi All.

Long term shareholder - been here since the $2.65 SP.
I rode this baby up and then rode it all the way down.

I have decided to gamble on SGF thru to whatever decision they make - losing a few more bucks is not going to "break me". At one point in time I had 52000 shares and was able to average down and get to a point where my loses were tolerable. I now have 20000 shares all purchased below $ .40.

So , here's my questions:

1. Does it not bother anyone else that Newmont has elected not to participate in the last two or three annual work programs but rather chosen to watch their share of the project become smaller?

2. Has anyone asked why they have not participated as the funds required are such a pittance for a company that large?

With the "Go" / "No Go" decision so close, I am tempted to load up again but am also worried about putting more money into this equity.

Someone please enlighten me.
