Well, Is DEC; MTB; HPY; EFG; Halo ........ or/and KBG are undervalued? Yes or No. properties are undervalued, Financing and MGT are way over valued; nothing for free, Joe gives KGB money to let you survive, other retail shareholders will suffer, I dont have any of these Joe's but keep eyes open and buy in after Joe left.
