We could see OMT shareprice hit $.12plus as it did back in May of 2008 ($.125 actually) when there were rumours of a takeover swirling around the company. The 2008 financial crisis put the kibosh on that possible transaction but now that the capital markets for raising money and takeovers are much stronger, it looks like the 2008 takeover is back and for real this time. Hopefully the stock starts trading tomorrow morning.
