RE: RE: Just follow the Mining Tenure Rulesrest assured...
Vinland knows who rightfully owns the property...
This is classic claim jumping by a guy that KNOWS the system is F'd up... he got lucky at the minerals office when they mistakenly leased him the property... I have experience at the Crown lands, and the minerals board, in Newfoundland... and unfortunately they are usually new-hires with not much experience. When they gain the experience, they move on and UP, and usually then, they hire new newbies...
Vinland is totally taking advantage of the BROKEN system he is obviously very, very, very familiar with. He also took advantage of the boards ignorance, or should I say the young chap behind the counter that believed him when he said "see, its not leased..."... "trust me".
Now it is 'stave-them-out' time... keep the cases going. Hire a bunch of lawyers that can take advantage of the legal system... to streeeetttcchhhh it out... Lots, and I mean LOTS of money on his end, to keep them going. So, take advantage of both system's weaknesses...
I just hope that Canstar has the appetite to keep it up as well.
