Clarify please?!OMT has considered a number of strategic alternatives during itsstrategic review process and at this time has concluded that there isno strategic alternative currently available to it that would result innet proceeds in excess of its debt obligations.
So . . . does this mean that NO matter what they do or sell that they won't even be able to cover their debts? Does that mean that share price is a moot point and we are screwed? What am I missing? Why do people think share price will rise? Thoughts?
