SureIts easy to tell people to just sell, after spending years in the stock supporting, financing and also spreading the word about the company. The problem isn't with shareholders. The problem is the poor attitude of management. The problem isn't that they are not hitting gold in the drilling. The problem is actually getting them to get drilling and the time it takes to get anything done. It is very painful and seems to take longer than most companies. Wether this is intentional to get maximum compensation or just the way that Melkior has always operated.
. I didn't realize Jens had such a sweet deal in salary and bonuses. That was a real eye opener. I know that he is not scared to take a lot of holidays which is O.K. as long as his vacations do not hinder the progress of the company(not sure if that is the case or not), and we are not paying him while he is doing it. He is nearing retirement and can do what he wishes. There has been a lot of talk of compensation for work completed. Does anyone know if there is any family other than Jens his daughter and son on the payroll?
The only way to make yourself heard is to vote and let the results be heard at the annual meeting.
Oh and good luck calling him. He most likely won't answer the calls.
