It also owns 75% of PyroDelta Energy Corp., which is focused on bringing thermoelectric generators to the automotive and emergency/recreational markets while exploring other applications with potential purchasers and users.

Insider Selling Feb 3

Heavy insider selling on Thursday - 1,711,000 shares and no insider buying.

Don't be fooled by the name change. It was 4 months ago that they did a cheap pp, of 14.06 million units at a mere five cents under the old name Golden Odyssey. Therefore at .20 the lucky speculators are up 500% since their warrants are exerciseable at .10. These shares are now free to be sold.

Who got the pp?

Insiders: Tyrone Docherty, 100,000; Docherty Capital Corp. (Tyrone Docherty), 500,000; Pamela Lynch, 25,000

Pro group: Kevin Sands, 60,000

Wait a few days to check SEDI to see who is dumping.

I'd say, unless you are an insider, the odds are against you. This is just too rich for the insiders.
