RE: RE: guessing - the closing of the financingIt's a bought deal. You understand how those work right? $69 million is peanuts, but more importantly it's a tiny amount to put us so far ahead of any other Lithium producer on the planet in terms of production. The ore they are mining is super high grade. Some people up here are drooling over the CLQ deal and their ore is one third the grade of TLH's.
Relax dude, this is way, way undervalued and the LIT ETF has not been able to get in easily, nor do i think they are done buying. TLH will be producing half the globes lithium, and the market cap is only around $700 million. Wait till they get a valuation like the REE market leader MCP on the US market.
The markets are not efficient and often take a long time to find some stocks. This stock is headed over $20 in the next year or so. Mark my words.
I am another person who spoke to several lithium development and exploration companies at the recent Vancouver show. They all know TLH and concede they are the lead dog. I also took the time to speak with the Aussie CEO of Orocobre. He said he knows the TLH exec team and that they are very good operators.
I found the Orocobre CEO to be a pretty cool customer and very well informed. I will look closely at them if I decide to add a Lithium junior to my holdings. He was also willing to laugh when I ribbed him about how many shares the Aussies usually like to print up and asked if there was a zero missing from his fully diluted share count.
