Shorts...

Shorts...1/3 of all shares traded between Jan 1-15 were shorts (TD).  Major contributor to price decline.  These shorts completely covered as of Jan 31st.  Unusually large short position Jan 15th did represent buying opportunity.  Finally are we to trend up?
