RE: RE: Gold is up a little -- NPV calculation

RE: RE: Gold is up a little -- NPV calculationThe Offering is being made through a syndicate of agents led by RBC Capital Markets and including Raymond James Ltd., BMO Capital Markets, Macquarie Capital Markets Canada Ltd. and Paradigm Capital Inc. (collectively, the "Agents").
.
Lefmike there are major players involved but....they need all of them to distribute the huge volume of shares. Also, I don't get a warm fuzzy feeling when the terms are under "best efforts" rather than a "bought deal".
On the flip side, if it's priced correctly and people see credibility in the stated future of the company, the shares will be scooped up plus the over-allotment.
The sp is being held down for the purpose of this financing.  Keep in mind $150 million was contributed at $1.30 by those who understood the postion of the company. FIU is currently in a better position (productivity, cashflow, operationally etc) than it ever has been.
