Dangling a carrot

Dangling a carrotThe market dangles a carrot in front of me but I can't reach it.....

The real time ask is .13 so I put in a bid of .13. With no sales happening the ask magically goes to .135.

Disheartening to be a retail investor and know that others have an edge over you.
