I know that I saw the SEC data back in Novermber...the only up-date that I noticed had to do with the number of franchises (ie. the financials were identical).  This data was presented in a Form 10K (I think).  If you look back through the older posts I think Koolned might have even provided the link on SEDAR?  It was right about the time that the stock peaked to $5.85 back in November (maybe Nov 17thish).
I'm hoping this pullback is just do to some profit taking from the excess shares that were made available in the recent acquisitions.
