My understanding is that ozs. in the ground usually don't get that much per ounce.  The reason for the almost $400/oz price is due to potential upside of a few more million ozs. the property has. I believe it was Goldcorp that did a recent buyout of a junior where they paid $1300/oz. for known ozs. because they felt the property had a few more million ozs. yet to be proven up. This is why I like Pem so much. If we hit with the drill on a number of targets throughout the OSZ a major will pay top dollar for what we have proven because of the potential many million ozs. still to be proven. This stock is undervalued right now but could easily be a 5-10 bagger from here. All IMO.
