I too own both as well as CIN, but I really like the focus EMI has with rare earths, and I love the low float (lower than IMT) if the CIN results are to be great as we are expecting, both IMT and EMI will go up.... and the EMI trading the last week has been better than IMT (more movement on more volume).jmho.
