News and My Thoughts on NAG

News and My Thoughts on NAGHey guys, yes I'm optimistic, but I'm not stupid either.  i would prefer NAG to issue options ONCE.  i don't understand why NAG keeps on issuing these options on a monthly basis (or more).  Is there a limit in the by-laws or something where NAG can only issue a certain amount?  I don't know, i never looked.  It gets to be a bit ridiculous issuing option as a regular occurrence, I agree - but the upside is that they probably would not issue so many options if they didn't think NAG was gonna go up.  So, it is a bullish signal but I wouldn't bet the farm on it.

As it stands here is the situation, as i understand it.  Let me know if I am wrong:

1)  NAG is waiting for approval to build the #3 mine road.  Either they got it this week or will get it early next week.  Once they get the approval, they have to build the road.  Apparently, the road that exists is close to or on private property and the owner does not want all these trucks passing by at all hours of the night.  So, NAG has to re-route the road.  The road will take about a month to complete after which NAG should be producing at mine #3.  Its ridiculous if you ask me because the initial time estimate of mid February (which was quite liberal if you ask me) will be blown ... now we are looking at mine #3 possibly producing beginning of March sometime.  But delays are what NAG is known for!!  Hopefully I'm wrong and we start producing earlier...

2)  There has been much interest in LL but no one appears to be biting the bullet.  We know nothing of whether there are negotiations going on and if so with whom.  Lots of rumours out there and I think someone posted we were supposed to get news on LL weeks ago.  My information was that news should be out last or this week.  I have no idea what the news is.  My opinion on LL is that it is overblown.  I think we may be disappointed.  We may get roughly 3-5 million for it or some joint venture agreement out of it or something like that but it won't be enough to move the s/p too much (maybe a few pennies) unless its a joint venture with a major and a plan of action is provided.  i still remember NAG's JV on the Sask. property which NEVER materialized into any actual work as far as I am aware.

3)  Permits for mine #4 ---  probably end of summer.  If IR says spring, skip two seasons and fall will probably be the season when we get them.

Apart from mine #3, IMO the big news is LL.  But, we have to wait for mine #3 to start producing for real action IMO.  My understanding is that M3 is doing a fine job on mine #2 and it is expected that they will do a good job on mine #3.  How much will the s/p move on mine #3 news?  My guess is significantly -- into the .30s.

Coal IS hot right now.  It could be that NAG just starts moving on its own on speculation.  If we get a market like we did in the summer of 2008, I'd say watch out .... NAG can move fast.  $1 could be easily reached.  I'm accumulating shares.  I have over 500K right  now and I MAY buy more.

One thing IR has always said for sometime now is that its mine #3 where the BIG money is and mine life.  I think that's where the eyes are on right now.  If that one is up and running at a profit, we should make some good money.

This is a pure spec stock for me... I know if all goes well, i can make some BIG money.  If not, I still will be OK since I'm averaging around where the s/p is now .... I don't think it will go lower unless NAG really F.ucks up or if we have another HUGE correction / meltdown or another PP at .08 cents!  BUT, the way things are going in Australia (poor folks), I think coal demand will only RISE.  Right now, stockpiles are being depleted.  Give it a month or two and I think coal stocks will be on FIRE..... If nothing else, NAG can ride the coat tails of another company like we did with GXS in 2008.

I really hope I'm right -- This is anyone's guess on how NAG will do.  It can prove to be successful or a failure.  My bet is on the former ....

P.S. -- I have no inside information.  The above information is from NRs, talking to IR, extensive readings on the economy and the coal market,  and my own speculation based upon my experience with NAG.

GO NAG GO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
