It is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and development of oil and gas projects, in specific non-conventional projects such as tight oil, oil shale, shale oil and shale gas. Question

QuestionI just re-entered at 1.55 yesterday. Something strikes me as a little strange though. Why, if the rise is based on forward looking positive news coming from the BAPE, aren't the rest of the Utica participants rising in lockstep with QEC? Anyone else a little curious about that?
