RE: News and My Thoughts on NAG I don't know where you got the story that the reason for NAG to get a permit to build the road because some one didn't lke the noise, but that is incorrect. assuming M3 is being truthful and I have always found them to be I WAS TOLD.APPARENTLY THERE ARE GAS PIPELINES ALONG THE PATH OF THE ROAD THEY PLANNED TO BUILD AND THEY REQUIRED A PERMIT TO BUILD ELEVATED ROAD OVER THESE PIPES. Simple enough, except permits are very slow in Kentucky unless money changes hands.
