RE: RE: Good and badI do not disagree with you, Narmac. Lots of engineers, geologists, accountants, landmen and lawyers who have surrounded themselves with competent professionals have done alright. Others have blundered despite their supporting cast. I guess I had two real points to make. One, the President has the final say in day to day decisions, subject to board approval on material decisions.

Two, the timing of a low flow-through issue with two game changers being drilled is hedging against failure or lining pockets. That seems pretty vanilla or pretty self-serving to me. If you don't believe in a development drill proven by surrounding production, then the nail-biters (or the greedy) shall rule the day. A savvy librarian might make a better move, IMHO, and the dilution was not in the best interests of the current shareholders. I'm staying long with fingers crossed.
