RE: RE: CLF is not stupid nor dumb, but rather jus"CLF is not stupid nor dumb,"

TX  Does not need me to expand on an idea so I will flat out disagree.

CLF did not need to make the road statement - It is possible but the road cannot be  sofr surfaced nor ashphalt surfaced.  60 tonne loads per truck and 60 trucks per day will tear up the roaqdbed - probably in less than a month.  Is a cement road in that kind of terraine possible -  The road bed would have to be as good or better than a RR bed.

By CLF mentioning the road option - They are if serious

A:   Incompetant
B:   SSsss - word (lack supposed knowledge)
C:  They are Trying to be wiley (E Cyote) - he keeps trying- but just looks that SSSsss
      word  again.
There is no way that they should believe that anyone should take the Road option seriously.  There is no finess here -  If I were in charge - high enough above this NR someone would be on the street now.

BECAUSE:   to mention an option that is unexecutable - sticks the executable option by infrence in the readers face.  That option is the RR - is the ONLY economic Viable solution.

Because of this blunder I will be willing to add to my KWG position at a higher price than a week ago.  I have an order in at last weeks price range time to move it up.  Do your own thinking and DD.

Recall that Frank can move the RR or other assets to Debut Diamonds - recall Cliffs has aqgreed to leave it alone.  How fast that can be done - I have no idea but frank being a lawyer surely has the gun loaded.

LASTLY:
A deal will have to be worked out between CLF's and KWG

THe Road option being mentioned in the NR tells us that the "working together" is not yet on an eye to eye level.

CLF's is unreasonable enough to make a fool of themselves by proposing the ludi - silly they are not yet ready to bargain in good faith.  Perhaps if they hit themselves with the NR hammer again like this last one - the faces will change If the PR language does not

I therefore do not agree that CLFS ,on the level of approving that NR, is that bright.  I used to teach and have never used the St .... word on anyone - i refuse to use it here.

The approver of the NR thinks a road will work??  There is more than one in the copmany able to agree with that?

Any road builders out there able to refute me?

KASM
