RE: time to buy again to flip for penniesEXS is for trading.  If you want something to hold on to look into Mart resources.  v.mmt .  We should see a news release soon that they have spud another well and that pipeline capacity has increased to about 10k/day for their existing production.  MMT is in Nigeria and almost went bankrupt in the crisis, but things are looking good now.
