RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: Special MeetingAnd finally, I want to add that the proposal for the share consolidation was quite legitimate considering how the share price was knocked down by heavy selling into the run to .10. It looks like that may have been Dwek / Minerfields, as well as some insiders (Renee and Naylor). That wrecked the last financing attempts. The news release about the roll back was quite frank and upfront about that. If it wasn't for that selling, the share consolidation proposal would not have been put forward. We have all those selling when CDO was trying to break out to higher levels to thank for the share consolidation proposal.
Hopefully we get there again. This latest shakeout may be what it takes. CDO should be at .10-.15 if it weren't for the games.
Again, I am not a proponent of the share consolidation. But it the games and insider selling doesn't stop, it is hard to see what other choice there is. I will be voting against the roll back at the AGM, and have enough shares that my vote counts for something. But, if the games don't stop between now and May, I could be convinced that a roll back is the only way forward.
