The buy out may not happen until the buyer is confident ofwho will win the General Election in May of 2012.

The current president is 83 years old and some say is frail.There is doubts weather his son is willing to take his place.

 

As noted in a previous post, Badr Investment is probablyconnected in some way to the ruling President/Government

I don't think Badr has contributed any funds for anyexploration, its contribution 

is getting the lease and preventing any regional troubles.

 

A buy out would have to keep Badr as a partner just to keepthe peace.
