Please don't go Deac, the ER board will not be the same without you. However I don't think Dr. Don will be compelled to alter his disclosure plans because of threats from a shareholder with an interest of less than 1/10 of 1% of in his company. Matter of fact I think he was granted purchase options that are larger than your holdings ; )
