If there is only 4.2 million tons we are screwed!  You need to add 2 more zero's to that. 
My guess is 40 to 50 mill tons measured, 100 to 150 mill indicated and upto 600 mill inferred.  But I already posted the exact res. est. a while back.  I guess no one took notice.  : (
