Biggest news yet second hand
Biggest news yet second handI spoke with the prez on the weekend. Dave Tognoni is a mining engineer and a geo, and he understands rocks and structural trends. So when I asked about the low grade results reported so far he was not at all discouraged. His view is that the anomalous values reported in hole two are very good, since they missed the boiling point where the metals are likely to be deposited but still hit high background levels, and to him that indicates a strong system of alteration. As they continue to move the drills around he expects that they will be able to zero in on the zones where the berrylium has been emplaced and sooner or later they will hit a fat zone that will get investors attention. In short, Dave does not think there is any lower chance for overall success just because the second hole was a miss. I also found out that they fired the drillers that did the early phase holes and have replaced them with a crew that is much more efficient. The drilling is going well now, and they continue with the program to complete 5 holes in this round, moving the drill rig around as they go to try and find the sweet spot for temperature and depth that would be ideal for enriched metals emplacement. This comes down as much to luck as science and geology in the early stage, since its a big system and only in very specific conditions would they expect to find the higher grade zones......Spoke with the prez this morning. He says they have been busy to lock up more land holdings through staking in their core areas to ensure that they do not have to deal with any other companies if they are able to outline a big deposit. The goal is to become the 'Saudi Arabia' of beryllium resourcees with what they believe is the biggest deposit in the world. However, they have yet to define anything of significance to this point and that is why the share price is what it is. The company finished 5 drill holes last year, and 3 holes are still awaiting assay results. Meanwhile they are already working on getting permitting for another 20 holes to follow up on the early phase results and try to define a published resource that they can build on, around the known showing that provided the best data from hole 1. They hope to get approval for that next round shortly. The company has about $2.5 million in the treasury which is enough to fund the next round of drilling. I think they must find some good intervals from that drill program in order to build enough value that the company can complete another financing to keep things moving without a huge additional dilution.-
