This is the insider trading for Friday, February 4th, 2011.  When the brokers buy or sell stock for a person who has declared themselves to be an "insider", they indicate this on their trade ticket and the Toronto Stock Exchange reports this at 4:00pm on the day of the trade.

Who was buying and at what prices for these transactions will then be reported on other insider trading sites over the next month
