Hey Rudy, I think what you're trying to understand is why would the expiration of 55 million warrants on Feb. 17 suppress the stock price at this point in time prior to that date. The explanation is based on the premise that many of those warrant holders also own shares and have or will sell some of those shares prior to Feb.17 in order to raise cash to purchase the warrants at .10. Say you had 100,000 shares and 50,000 warrants. You might want to sell enough shares to raise the money required to exercise the options. Hope this is clear. Cheers, zz
