See it this way!If management executes according to their drilling & production plan and luck is on our side, LFD would follow the likes of DNO and ADDAX to start generating cash flow in Q4 before VST, WZR, GSA, SNM and the host of other juniors. Future dilution would be minimized as cashflow starts pouring in and be used to drill more wells. The key is to be successful on the first well C10. So the drill team better do a good job picking a good location. For me, I would recommend a location within 200 m of the original discovery well C7. Once well C10 confirms that the oil can flow to surface and be sold, LFD would be trading above $3. So this is great opportunity to enter into a solid play to create immense wealth this year.
