400 dollar met coalJust for fun lets say Bloombergs call for 400 dollar HCC and we get 350 for SCC (soft coking coal). We produce 5 million in the DCA (Donkin Coal Alliance) so 1.25 million tonnes go to us. At this rate we can produce for nearly 100 years based on 4101 resource. Costs is 27 bucks on the ship as per PEA but lets double that to cover our bases.
50 dollars a tonne sell for 300 a tonne. 300 tonne times 1.25 million or 375 million net revenue a year. At ten times earnings that would be 3.75 billion market cap and we will have 120 million fully diluted after we get to production. 30 bucks?
Its all "could be" but all the info is available so that this is within the realm of possibility. Interestingly India has NO met coal reserves to talk about and Indias economy is about 10 years behind China.
