RE: Win's performancePerhaps you don't understand the real world of the Market, GOOD news usually causes the price to  move UP.  Bad news and it goes down.  PP's almost always explain what the money is going to be used for.  This stock doesn't behave normally.  There are people that know why, I don't and I don't think you do.  IMHO
