Encanto recently acquired the rights to four potash properties in Saskatchewan covering roughly 72,000 hectares. The company has also agreed with seven Indian groups to help them develop potash resources covering another 76,000 hectares. Last year at the Muskowekwan property, Encanto completed a reconnaissance-drilling and seismic program which returned 3.6 metres of 39.9 per cent KCl (potash). Encanto will carry out a 3-D survey in the next few weeks, using the results to map out phase 2 drilling for the summer. Mr. Lundin says the company "has exceptionally good DNA," as it was established through the efforts of Endeavour Financial and Frank Guistra.
