I'm quite familiar with bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings - it's where I invested my time and money prior to entering the resource space 2 years ago (simply because resource companies were being valued even more ridiculously than companies under court supervision).  Sandstorm would naturally have claims on the assets, and those claims would be of a higher priority than equity - but at best they simply get back their money first - clearly not what they are looking for, and I think we are in agreement on that.  My point being, Sandstorm definitely got to kick the tires a little more than we get to, in terms of where things stand now as opposed to all that hasn't happened up to this point.  At this valuation, I tend to look at the possible motives behind things we know to be happening.  Not perfect, but when things are priced right, one doesn't need to be.   I hope that explanation returns the favor.
