Sold PYN, bought INTI sold my PYN at a nice profit today and picked up a whole whackload of INT shares at 56.
Not to say PYN is bad but I think it's a little too early for its run. Mainly it's riding the coat tails of this stock. I took a good look at INT over the weekend, and this is the real deal. With PYN, you kind of understand what it's all about. With INT, there's no ambiguity. Talk to anyone off the street and they will see value in this. Even at $100M market cap it is a steal and it's not there yet.
People cry about the small revenue. Well, YouTube wasn't making that much money when Google bought that out for billions. Today's revenue absolutely does not matter. I would say a minimum fair buyout price - assuming the BoD and the shareholders are smart enough not to take too light of an offer - is $1B.
All I can say is I will vote no on any take out offer less than $5.
