As for getting out of NAG, if you want to sell I don't understand why you didn't in 2009 or last year when there's wasn't really any material pending. Although more delays and bullets-in-the-foot (e.g. more options) are guaranteed with NAG's management, Mine #3 will eventually come online and more mines will come online later. This isn't quick or easy money, but I prefer not to chase yesterday's hot stock. I think the downside risk in the share price is minimal at this point, and while NAG won't be the next 100 bagger I definitely think there's (patient) money to be made here.

That's all just my opinion: good fundamentals (commodity prices and theoretical business plan), but self-serving, greedy and apparently somewhat oblivious management.
