Crown Point has a 47.5% working interest in 4,396 acres of crown and freehold petroleum and
natural gas leases in southeast Saskatchewan that were acquired in 2008. The targeted
formations are the Bakken, the Souris Valley and the Red Jacket zones. Two wells were drilled,
completed and put on production in August and September of 2008. At February 28, 2009 one
well was producing and the other stands suspended due to the high cost of water disposal. The
Company drilled an additional well in June of 2009; this well was placed on production in July
and is producing oil from the Bakken formation. The company is undertaking an extended
production test of this well to assist in the evaluation of further activity.

NE 35-7-32-1 & NW 35-7-32-1is a great half section on two separate titles to develop Northeast of Weyburn, just north of Redvers. It has top to bottom PNG Rights with wells in close proximity to a known production field. The possible Oil pay zones known in the region are Red Jacket, Lower Waterous, Ratcliffe, Midale, Frobisher, Alida, Tilstone, Souris Valley, Bakken, Torquay, Birdbear, Duperow, Winnipegosis, Interlake, Herald, Yeoman and Winnipeg

The possible Oil pay zones known in the region are Red Jacket, Lower Waterous, Ratcliffe, Midale, Frobisher, Alida, Tilstone, Souris Valley, Bakken, Torquay, Birdbear, Duperow, Winnipegosis, Interlake, Herald, Yeoman and Winnipeg

N/2 20-3-4-W2 is PNG Rights base Midale Beds to the Top Precambrian directly east of Estevan. The known possible pay zones (14 oil bearing zones) in the area below the Midale beds are the Frobisher, Alida, Tilstone, Souris Valley, Bakken, Torquay, Birdbear, Duperow, Winnipegosis, Interlake, Herald, Yeoman, Winnipeg. There are three producing wells on the rights above producing out of the Midale Beds that are owned by another oil company

LSD 5&6, 6-5-12-2 We have the underlying Oil & NG (PNG) rights below the Base Frobisher/Alida beds to top Precambrian (~1500 M and lower). There exists one well on each LSD that are producing oil wells that are in Frobisher/Alida pay zone owned by another oil company, Penn West. These lands are in the heart of the Bakken Oil Play in the region situated just west of Weyburn, Saskatchewan. The unexplored zones that are known to possibly contain oil in the region below the Alida beds are the Tilstone, Souris Valley, Bakken, Torquay, Birdbear, Duperow, Winnepegosis, Interlake, Herald, Yeoman and Winnipeg.
