RE: Reverse Split.....As far as I understand it there will be a vote on whether to allow the Company to have a reverse split if one is ever needed.  I don't think the vote is a "yes" or "no" for a reverse split.  I could be wrong here, so you should pay attention at the meeting :) 

From my understanding, reverse splits are generally NOT good for a company.  The s/p goes higher and the shares lower on the ratio of the split so you don't lose anything initially.  But as time goes on, it seems the s/p goes down too if nothing is happening with a company.  I can't think of an example of a company that did a reverse split and the s/p actually went up significantly from there ... its a sign of weakness to do a reverse split if you ask me ....
