RE: what's behind the shikicking we've been takingFlow through shares pass on tax deductions from mineral exploration costs from the issuer to the buyer of the shares. VGQ not making profit yet, so it doesn't need the deduction; the investor can take 100% deductions at his marginal tax rate. A win-win.
 Quebec has great tax incentives like this program, allowing VGQ to finance for a premium price. Very smart management.
