i dont think it is under cen's control as to when to release big shareholder's offloading.
cenas a company can only announce NR as soon as they are being notified bythe shareholder. if the shareholder notified them after market open Idont see any wrongdoing.

Sorry but I do not agree, irrelevant as to the cause requiring a New Release, if such is to be made when the market is open - I trust the rules are for the Company to ask for a market HALT prior to releasing the news, and release only after the Halt is activated - in fact standard procedures followed by most IR Team and I suspect there is a TSX rule on that, which as I type I do not have time to chase.

In my opinion they did make a booboo here....now as to the recourse that is an entirely different story, I frankly don't know the odds of success on that, let alone if the Company gets its hand slap on such booboo.

But I could be wrong...
