I've seen the insider reports and no insider shows any conviction of holding shares for the long term. They exercise their options and sell their shares as soon as there's a bit of profit, no matter how small. What does that tell you about their faith in the company?
The board of directors give themselves shares and then sells them, essentially robbing the company and all shareholders continually and because they can. Legalized robbery. Plain and simple.
I've also read their news releases and they sound promising and exciting however if you read carefully there isn't much substance to them. They don't promise anything but state potentials and what little they do give still leaves much to be desired. All this does is keep the cycle going where Charles can keeps cycling his grant-exercise-sell shares.
In my opinion, Charles should be in jail and every one of his companies sold to the highest bidder...if there are any.
