RE: SULTAN.....you have been quiet..any thoughts?Hi Babloo,
Been about a month since my last post... mostly because I am lazy but also because nothing has changed since then This is an excerpt from that post:
"As for the future price movements of the shares, I expect a jump obviously to the buyback offer when that is released. Once everything is settled, you will see a bit of a pullback once construction is underway. The best way for them to limit the pullback would be with steady flow of NR's on both construction updates, financing for other projects, or future power supply contract signings. This is all part of the transformation of WND from a small cap to a mid level cashflow positive player in the industry. I know that companies do not like putting out fluff news releases, but consistency of communication will limit the pullback prior to completion. I personally don't really care because I am interested in the end goal of being a power producer and any pullback could be an opportunity to add more, but people, and particularly institutions like steady climbing charts. Once we get to that level, you will get a lot of MF interest both in Canada and the US as the Green movement is just beginning. 3.50 in twelve months..."

I still think the buyback offer will be the next major catalyst and don't expect much movement until the valuation is released and the buyback price...

I still think the only way to avoid pullbacks like this past one is to have frequent news to prove you are up to something. Granted they had one , but if this pace was sustained, that would be 12 for the year, which is hardly a lot for the most important year in the company's history.

I still don't really mind the pullback as I added a bit in the 1.40's but nothing drastic, just some portfolio reshuffling. SP will still go where I think it will in 12 months (assuming a minima lnumber of dilutive transactions)

So in chronological order, we await:
buyback price
construction updates
power supply agreements
construction substantial completion
production
a double from where we are trading today...

I'll be back to post when things start to happen.....
