Not sure why you figure this is salary related and not development cost etc. 

Either way, if revs keep growing, no worries. New products out and clients are lining up.

Compnay is only valued at 3mil and they have 5mil in rev last year. Bit more growth and their market cap = their NI for a year.  Crazy cheap, imho.

Good luck though, but I'd do more dd that just scrolling down. Maybe check out their website, products and gorwth opportunities too?
